When I started – I was in agony due to gut issues. Constantly bloated, acidic, and in an awful mood because of all the discomfort. I was looking for something transformative – and this was just that. I joined the TAN365 program with Akriti for three months, and I can honestly say it’s been such a game-changer for me. By the end of the program, I felt more educated than ever about my gut and hormonal health. My gut health improved, my skin looked better, and even with my genetic hair fall issues, I noticed some improvement.

I joined the Hormone & Menstrual Health 101 program with Tanisha and her team in June because of my PCOS issues—irregular cycles and extremely painful periods. Every doctor I visited suggested starting hormonal pills as if they were candy, but I really wanted to try a more holistic approach first.

I am a HUGE fan of the approach, the logic, the process she follows. I’ve had gut issues almost all my life (tons of antibiotics as a kid + intolerant to a ton of stuff + bloated/painful stomach aches), and so I was very keen to get it right and identify my triggers.

If you would like to join any of our programs, the first step is to schedule a virtual Pre-Consultation with one of the Senior Nutritionist in Tanisha's team. This 30-minute session allows you to discuss your case, health concerns, current symptoms and lifestyle.

This Pre-Consult helps us assess your health concerns before onboarding you as a client and guides you in selecting the most suitable program, including how it will be personalized for your needs.
Program Duration & Commitment
The program duration and level of commitment may vary for each client based on individual health concerns. During the pre-consultation, our senior nutritionists will outline the commitment required, and fees, and explain how your program can be tailored for you. You will have the option to work with Tanisha or her senior nutritionist, which will be discussed during this session.
