I’m Tanisha Bawa, the Founder of TAN | 365—a Lawyer turned Certified Nutrition Coach, qualified in Advanced Gut Health and Advanced Hormone Health, and professionally trained in health and wellness coaching. With over 5 years of hands-on experience,I have has successfully coached 1000+ individuals through their journeys in gut health, hormone balance, fertility, and conception nutrition. When I began this journey, it was just me driven by a deep desire to help others heal. As the impact of this work grew, so did the mission. Today, I am supported by a team of determined, like minded nutritionists who work alongside me to deliver personalised, evidence-based guidance and care.

My Story

Health and wellness were not always an inherent part of my life. Like many, I once lacked awareness of what it truly meant to feel healthy. My journey began in 2016 during law school in London, where prolonged stress, long hours, and mindless eating habits led to a diagnosis of PCOD. This marked the beginning of a series of health challenges, including hormonal imbalances, weight gain, skin concerns, and a decline in confidence and self- esteem.

This experience became the catalyst for a complete lifestyle shift.

Determined to heal and regain balance, I immersed myself in the study of nutrition, gut health, hormones, and lifestyle optimisation. What started as a personal journey evolved into a deep professional pursuit—combining evidence-based nutrition with realistic, sustainable practices.

As a former litigating lawyer in India, navigating a demanding six-day work week with long hours and high-pressure environments, I learned how to integrate nourishment and movement into a busy professional lifestyle. By adopting practical, structured strategies, I was able to remain consistent without compromising productivity, career ambitions, or personal commitments.

Through both lived experience and professional practice, I observed a recurring pattern: health often takes a back seat in fast-paced lives. Many individuals believe that prioritising well-being requires excessive time, effort, or sacrifice. My experience—and the transformations of those I’ve worked with—has proven otherwise.

When approached thoughtfully, nutrition and movement enhance energy, mental clarity, resilience, and overall performance, allowing individuals to thrive across all areas of life.

This philosophy is the foundation of TAN | 365. My approach centres on making health attainable, practical, and sustainable, while respecting the realities of modern professional, social, and family lives. Through personalised nutrition frameworks and guided coaching, I aim to empower individuals to build a healthier relationship with their bodies and create lasting, meaningful change.

The Purpose Behind TAN | 365

The vision for TAN | 365 was born from a growing concern I witnessed—both personally and professionally—around the rising prevalence of poor gut health, hormonal imbalances, and lifestyle-driven health issues across all age groups. Today, many individuals experience persistent fatigue, digestive discomfort, irregular cycles, metabolic concerns, and chronic stress, yet often resort to temporary fixes rather than addressing the root cause.

In a world driven by convenience and urgency, health is frequently managed through symptom-based solutions. People increasingly rely on pills to manage issues that have developed over years of imbalanced nutrition, inadequate movement, poor sleep, and sustained stress. While medication has its place, true and lasting health cannot be achieved through shortcuts alone—it is built through the way we live our lives every day.

I am deeply passionate about maximising health through lifestyle-led interventions, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and overall well-being. Juggling long workdays, professional targets, frequent travel, family responsibilities, and social commitments often leads us to place our health last. Over time, this neglect manifests as gut dysfunction, hormonal disruption, low energy, and chronic disease risk.

TAN | 365 exists to change this narrative.

My aim is to educate, inspire, and support individuals in achieving and sustaining better health by incorporating correct nutrition and consistent movement—without adding stress or complexity. The mission is simple yet powerful: to embedy health and well-being into even the busiest lifestyles. This is no longer optional; it is essential for safeguarding our future health.

India today stands at a critical health crossroads. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the country is on the brink of an epidemic of Non- Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Heart disease has already emerged as the leading cause of mortality, and the burden of NCDs is expected to rise further in the coming years.

The increasing prevalence of these conditions is largely driven by modifiable lifestyle factors—sedentary behaviour, poor-quality diets, chronic stress, and lack of preventive care. As disease patterns shift, there is an urgent need to move away from a reactive, pill-centred approach towards prevention and lifestyle optimisation.

Most chronic conditions develop silently over years or even decades. They are multifactorial, and therefore, the solution cannot lie in a single medication or procedure. To reduce the burden of disease and improve quality of life, we must rethink health—moving away from the “pill for every ill” mindset and towards informed, proactive daily choices.

At TAN | 365, my focus is on bridging the gap created by lack of awareness—whether it is understanding daily nutrient requirements, the role of macro and micronutrients, the importance of gut and hormone health, or the latest evidence-based developments in nutrition science. Through personalised guidance and sustainable strategies, I help individuals adopt lifestyle changes that are realistic, effective, and long-lasting.

It is what we do today, and every day moving forward that will determine our future health.
