I've been a part of the TAN | 365 Nutrition program with Tanisha for the past three months. One of the most important things I've learnt on the program is to start my days with good quality fats and protein. This had led to me have better focus and be more productive as I start my day. I really enjoyed understanding the connection between what we eat and how we feel. Also, Tanisha gave me significant simple tips and tools to help manage my stress levels through my day. Enrolling with the TAN | 365 program was super helpful. I gained the knowledge of eating clean and importance of strength training. Her nutrition plans are not about starving or eating raw or eating the same food everyday. It was based of my individual tastes and preferences and as per my life style. She also gave some recipes which were quite easy to adapt, cook, and most importantly nutritious. My acidity and bloating reduced a lot by being on the program. Today I joined Tanisha last month and I was very sceptical of joining another diet because of my past performance. I have tried multiple diets in the past 3-4 years but I have never been able to go beyond a week. I have severe hunger pangs and I can be brutal to everyone around me in that period but Tanisha understood my requirements and my limitations related to my lifestyle and suggested me weekly diets that never made me feel hungry and I still ended up losing close to 4 kgs in one month. I am super happy with her hands on approach and constant feedback to help me stay on course.

If you would like to join any of our programs, the first step is to schedule a virtual Pre-Consultation with one of the Senior Nutritionist in Tanisha's team. This 30-minute session allows you to discuss your case, health concerns, current symptoms and lifestyle.
Program Overview
This Pre-Consult helps us assess your health concerns before onboarding you as a client and guides you in selecting the most suitable program, including how it will be personalized for your needs.
Program Duration & Commitment
The program duration and level of commitment may vary for each client based on individual health concerns. During the pre-consultation, our senior nutritionists will outline the commitment required, and fees, and explain how your program can be tailored for you. You will have the option to work with Tanisha or her senior nutritionist, which will be discussed during this session.
